Good morning sir, i write the  next story name for THE METTUR DAM the mettur dam is a large dam in india built in  1934. It was contructed in a gorge where the River kaveri enters the plains the dame is one of the oldest in india ,the total langth of dam is 1700 meters and 2,71,000 acres of land.
